This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out, assess, and onboard potential GoodLeap partners; Manage accounts generating under 2 million annually; facilitate the transition to the outside sales team for accounts exceeding 2 million annually.
• Identify new partnership opportunities through follow-ups on inbound leads and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of GoodLeap products and their features, comprehend customer needs and requirements, and facilitate the connection between the two.
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to ensure the success of partners. Offer top-tier, intelligence-driven insights to your assigned partners to support their growth and development.
• Innovate sales processes, pitches, and methodologies; provide constructive feedback and improvements, and work with other GoodLeap team members to enhance new initiatives within an expanding company.
• Clearly articulate and position technical aspects such as financial products and legal agreements.
• Engage with Executive team members to create new programs and refine existing ones.
• At least 5 years of experience:
• Selling to home improvement contractors and/or distributors.
• Working for a home improvement contractor selling to homeowners by using financing to close transactions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with all levels of an organization, from cross-functional teams to executive leadership.
• Proficient in clearly expressing ideas through client proposals, persuasive presentations, and strategic outreach materials that enhance engagement and foster business growth.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
