This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engaging with customers on-site to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and priorities.
• Identifying opportunities where AI and automation solutions can create significant value.
• Developing strong relationships within accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Overseeing account health and product usage, proactively reaching out to customers who may require assistance.
• Collecting and disseminating customer insights and success stories to enhance team learning.
• Established experience in recruitment/staffing (highly preferred), sales (AE/BDR), account management, or a related client-facing position.
• A commercial mindset driven by account growth, opportunity identification, and results orientation.
• Passionate about in-person relationship building with a keen interest in AI and automation.
• Well-organized and disciplined in managing accounts, pipelines, and follow-ups.
