This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute strategic outreach initiatives via phone calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new business opportunities.
• Promptly follow up with, inform, and qualify incoming leads produced by our marketing team.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to identify a prospect's challenges, business objectives, and budget, ensuring alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets for scheduling high-quality introductory meetings for our Sales team.
• Keep accurate and current records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline activities within Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively address objections.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Finance, Technology, or call center experience preferred). Previous BDR/SDR experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable making phone calls and engaging with business executives.
• A resilient attitude and a positive mindset. You view "no" as merely a step closer to a "yes."
• A strong eagerness to learn, adapt swiftly to feedback, and continuously enhance your sales abilities.
• Familiarity with contemporary sales tools (Claude, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a significant advantage.
• 4 weeks of vacation in addition to a company-wide shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
