Sales and Account Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Engage with Clients: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients while ensuring strong connections with current ones.

• Sales & Growth: Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining existing accounts by delivering outstanding service.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, expectations, and objectives.

• Customer Success: Support clients in achieving their objectives through effective communication and proactive interactions.

• Work Independently: Oversee your pipeline and prioritize tasks to achieve set goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or a combination of both.

• Proficient in outbound sales and lead generation efforts.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to maintain robust relationships with existing clients while also engaging new prospects.

• Experience in managing client relationships effectively.

• Knowledge or proficiency in work management and collaboration tools.
