📋 Description

• Ensure that leads and accounts entering the pipeline from all source systems are accurate and free of duplicates prior to reaching sales representatives.

• Establish and refine lead qualification standards.

• Assign each lead to the correct representative, whether they are business-assigned or sourced by a representative.

• Maintain the health of hotel account data within the CRM.

• Eliminate duplicate or erroneous records and uphold robust account structures.

• Address data issues such as missing leads, incorrect matches, and data inaccuracies.

• Improve underlying processes instead of merely addressing individual tickets.

• Discover opportunities for AI in data quality assurance, enrichment, and anomaly detection.

• Hold deployed AI to measurable standards, including monitoring false-positive rates.

• Develop and document scalable data workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or go-to-market (GTM) engineering.

• Practical experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, encompassing account structuring, deduplication, field mapping, and data cleanup.

• Ability to navigate complex and imperfect data structures, identify and rectify inconsistencies, and connect business use cases back to data pipelines.

• Experience in designing or refining lead qualification criteria and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Experience in sourcing or assessing third-party data vendors and enrichment tools.

• Strong SQL skills for validating data, investigating anomalies, and conducting ad hoc analyses.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude Code, to create lightweight internal processes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with sales representatives and sales leadership on escalations.

• Process-oriented mindset.

• Preferred: experience in a B2B or marketplace environment.

• Preferred: Python programming skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
