This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Serve as the primary contact for new business initiatives and assist the Sales team in entering opportunity details into the CRM system.
• Aid in the qualification of opportunities, which includes direct communication with advisors, brokers, and/or consultant partners from both current and prospective firms.
• Evaluate incoming RFP materials, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative information is complete, and relay findings to the Director, Market VP Sales & Market Strategy, and other team members.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Marketing, Analytics, and Account Management to prioritize tasks and guarantee the timely production and delivery of sales materials.
• Analyze drug trends and margins to offer insights to the Market VP Sales regarding potential business enhancements.
• Create content for lead-generation campaigns, emails, marketing collateral, blog posts, articles, social media updates, presentations, and other related materials.
• Gather competitive intelligence and perform market research as required.
• Gain an understanding of competitive capabilities, tools, and market positioning.
• Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls/emails from brokers, advisors, and consultants when necessary.
• Monitor and submit intent to bid.
• Participate in training on the repricing tool and other RFP analytics over time to take on increased responsibilities.
• Prepare materials for finalist meetings.
• Develop and uphold checklists and processes to efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of incoming requests.
• Oversee various CRM pipeline reports for Sales and senior leadership, as well as prepare presentations, presentation slides, documents, and supporting materials.
• Draft memos, compile documents, and assist leadership with agendas, meeting schedules, minutes, and other memorandums.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3-5 years of combined experience in sales, sales support, and marketing is required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or a related industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar CRM system is preferred.
