This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage with customers who walk into partner dealerships.
• Facilitate sales conversions and manage the application processing.
• Execute releases during the unit release phase.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels.
• Coordinate with partners effectively.
• Oversee compliance and maintain control over documentation.
• Take a proactive approach to engage walk-in customers at partner dealer outlets.
• Assist customers throughout the Salmon Moto Loan application procedure.
• Provide clear explanations of product features, loan terms, perks, and benefits.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to aid in their decision-making process.
• Help customers complete loan applications using the Salmon Agent App.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer information during the application process.
• Collect and verify necessary IDs and supporting documents.
• Confirm the completeness and readiness of documents before submission.
• Prepare all necessary documents for customer signatures.
• Ensure customer details are accurate and consistent across all documentation.
• Verify that the motorcycle unit is in good condition prior to release.
• Set up essential marketing materials (e.g., backdrop, branding) during release events.
• Ensure that proper documentation and turnover procedures are completed.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory at assigned partner dealerships.
• Track inventory movements, including sales, deliveries, and transfers.
• Regularly report inventory status to the Head Office, specifically to the assigned Inventory Manager.
• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with Branch Managers and dealership personnel.
• Collaborate closely with store staff to ensure effective customer handling and loan processing.
• Support the alignment of dealer operations with Salmon processes.
• Ensure that all collected documents comply with KYC and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of customer information across all submitted documents.
• Safeguard and properly endorse all documents to the back-office team.
• Report discrepancies, incomplete documents, or potential fraud cases.
