• Collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams and distributors to achieve both company and customer goals.

• Develop, expand, and sustain a dynamic and healthy sales pipeline.

• Identify prospective new Healthcare opportunities by researching and discovering new potential avenues.

• Leverage sales reports and data to analyze business needs, determining customer requirements and formulating a strategic plan.

• Travel to customer locations as needed to support account closure and maintenance.

• Represent the company by promoting our products and programs at trade shows, conferences, and various association meetings.

• Comprehend customer needs and expectations to provide appropriate solutions.

• A minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proven sales skills and success with regionally sized accounts.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Comfortable and effective at presenting in digital and virtual settings.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Creative thinker with the capability to resolve critical issues.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and awareness of current trends.
