This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance sales and profitability.
• Build and sustain relationships with producers (growers) and sales agents.
• Assist in the sales of PRIDE Seeds products.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to market and sell PRIDE Seeds offerings.
• Utilize digital tools and resources to boost sales.
• Advocate for branding and marketing initiatives within the dealer network.
• Partner with industry influencers and media to keep them updated on PRIDE Seeds' essential products, technologies, and services, becoming a reliable agronomy resource during the growing season.
• Oversee a detailed strip trial program throughout the year in conjunction with plot collaborators, adhering to product development protocols.
• Engage in trial planning, planting, harvesting, data collection, and product evaluations.
• Leverage AgReliant Genetics data entry systems to manage trial sites, plantings, data gathering, and product performance assessments.
• Support dealers in executing their sales strategies.
• Provide comprehensive assistance to dealers in formulating producer-specific strategies and recommending solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or agronomy.
• At least three (3) years of experience in agronomy, ideally within the seed industry.
• Member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec (OAQ).
