This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting initial outreach via telephone to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and industrial organizations
• Evaluating potential clients for our IT services
• Identifying needs based on clearly established criteria
• Arranging appointments for our sales consultants
• Meticulously documenting all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborating closely with the sales team
• Actively participating in the creation of call scripts and outreach strategies
• Analyzing results, reflecting on lessons learned, and identifying areas for improvement
• Organized and self-sufficient work approach
• Enjoyment in engaging and communicating professionally over the phone
• Focused on results and reliable
• Openness to working with defined KPIs
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
• Preferred: Some initial experience in telephone sales, inside sales, or customer-facing positions; interest in IT services and digital topics; familiarity with CRM systems; and a desire to advance your career in sales
• Comprehensive onboarding with established call scripts
• Regular coaching and constructive feedback
• Clearly defined goals and transparent performance evaluation
