This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Operate remotely while representing Sims Global Solutions under our brokerage authority.
• Utilize your established customer relationships to facilitate Truckload and LTL freight movement.
• Manage all back-office tasks, which include billing, collections, claims, carrier compliance, and customer onboarding.
• Concentrate on selling and providing excellent service to your customers.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Freight Agent.
• A well-developed, transferable portfolio of business.
• A proactive hunter mentality with a record of consistent outbound efforts.
• Capability to negotiate rates effectively with both customers and carriers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory).
• Professional communication skills and follow-through with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.
• Ability to maintain an organized daily workflow with proactive follow-up and appointment scheduling.
