This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, offering guidance for their financial future.

• Perform virtual consultations via Zoom or phone.

• Present various financial solutions, detailing policy benefits, costs, and features.

• Market and sell Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, term life, whole life, universal life, and health insurance products.

• Engage with pre-qualified, warm leads without the need for cold calling.

• Conduct needs analyses and policy evaluations.

• Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on client needs.

• Educate clients about their life and health insurance options.

• Surpass established sales targets.

• Keep meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Assist clients with claims and provide continuous policy servicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Legally eligible to obtain the necessary insurance license; the company will assist with the licensing process.

• No previous experience is necessary; training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Capability to build trust and deliver value during conversations.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and a proactive individual.

• Possess an optimistic, goal-driven mindset.

• Open to receiving coaching and guidance.

• Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor.

• Competence in selling life and health insurance, annuities, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products.
