This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively engage with potential students through WhatsApp and various social media platforms.
• Initiate contact, establish rapport, and guide leads towards scheduling a diagnostic call.
• Assess the lead's daily activities, objectives, and challenges, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the lead's journey from initial contact to enrollment.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and ensure the sales pipeline is kept up-to-date.
• Adhere to a disciplined daily sales regimen focused on achieving results.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in active sales, prospecting, or outbound roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong discipline to uphold contact schedules and execute daily follow-ups.
• Total comfort with a commission-based, target-oriented compensation model.
• Access to a reliable smartphone or computer along with a stable internet connection.
• Previous experience in selling language courses, educational products, or high-value goods is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and scripts is a benefit.
• An autonomous and self-motivated individual is preferred.
• In-depth initial training featuring recorded videos.
