This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Positioning Peter Park and driving growth in the DACH region, particularly focusing on the Swiss market.
• Identifying, qualifying, and generating excitement among potential B2B and B2G customers for our solutions.
• Proactively acquiring new business through cold calling, social selling, video calls, and participation in industry events.
• Recognizing trends as a market expert and formulating innovative strategies to foster growth.
• Ensuring thorough and high-quality data maintenance within our CRM system.
• Actively participating in internal projects and initiatives to enhance the sales organization continuously.
• Maintaining close communication with Business Development and collaborating closely with Account Executives.
• Some practical experience in sales, inside sales, or within an IoT/SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and an authentic, persuasive demeanor.
• High enthusiasm for digital products and a strong belief in the value of our solutions.
• Self-motivated working style in a dynamic environment with a clear focus on company objectives.
• Strong emphasis on teamwork, mutual support, and celebrating collective successes.
• Business-fluent in German and English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is highly desirable.
