📋 Description

• Independent agent (either as a sole proprietor or with a willingness to become one)

• Development and management of a client portfolio

• Marketing and selling auto and home insurance

• Proactive individual with excellent self-management skills

• Capable of building relationships and developing a professional network

• Exceptional communication abilities and a strong enthusiasm for sales

• Organized and disciplined in managing your schedule independently

• Experience in sales or commercial positions

• Must be a resident of Florida

• Preferred: Background in cold sales in industries such as real estate, financial services, technology, or healthcare; focused on active prospecting and acquiring new clients

• Experience within the insurance sector
