This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess client requirements and suggest customized insurance solutions
• Build and sustain robust client relationships
• Acquire leads through networking, referrals, and resources provided by the company
• Inform clients about available policies and coverage alternatives
• Follow up with potential clients to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep updated on industry trends and product developments
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team
• Possession of an insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – guidance provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and client management
