• Generate, cultivate, and oversee business opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Develop, implement, and continually refine prospecting strategies.
• Take charge of the entire consultative sales process for IT services.
• Lead commercial initiatives from start to finish, prioritizing effectively.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across various functions.
• Analyze key performance indicators and drive ongoing optimization.
• Represent the organization at industry events.
• Manage and foster client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in selling IT services, software, and/or technology staffing solutions.
• Strong track record within the U.S. market.
• Advanced Spanish language skills (preferred).
• Practical experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM, or similar).
• Familiarity with prospecting and sales enablement tools (Instantly, Dripify, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar).
• Experience in designing and executing automated prospecting campaigns.
• 15 business days of PTO and a flexible program.
• Local holidays observed.
