• Engage in meaningful discussions through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Provide quick and precise multi-carrier quotes supported by solid underwriting judgment.

• Navigate multiple systems (rater/carrier platforms) with agility, precision, and efficiency.

• Oversee your pipeline with proactive follow-up and a keen focus on conversion rates.

• Assist members in making informed decisions regarding coverage options, ensuring they feel secure and knowledgeable.

• Spot bundling opportunities and advocate for Branch-first solutions when they align with the member’s needs.

• Uphold the Branch brand with professionalism, positivity, and a member-centric approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property & Casualty license.

• 2–4 years of experience in multi-carrier home and auto insurance sales.

• A solid grasp of underwriting principles, risk appetite, and coverage structures.

• Previous agency experience is highly preferred, particularly with multi-carrier quoting.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable working with various systems and digital workflows (rater/carrier platforms).

• Capable of performing at a high volume, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear, confident, and focused on member needs.

• A collaborative team player with a passion for assisting others and enhancing our community.
