This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, chat, and email channels.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with a strong emphasis on satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships through effective and professional communication.
• Supply accurate and current information utilizing internal tools and systems.
• Meet individual and team performance objectives, including call-handling KPIs.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, coupled with fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Extensive experience in customer service and contact management across various channels.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong active listening abilities.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence in managing multiple systems concurrently.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a keen understanding of sensitive data handling.
