This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Sales Documentation Assistance: Preparation of documents, support for quotations, management of CRM systems, handling complaints, and archiving.

• Customer Service and Communication: Engaging with customers, assisting clients in completing forms, and providing updates on their orders.

• Office Administration and Logistics: Operation of equipment.

• Support for the Sales Department: Collaboration across departments, assistance with marketing, event support, and management of social media.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with CRM systems.
