This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and enhance the Brand
• Conduct weekly visits to high-volume accounts to identify growth opportunities and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Propel sales execution through increased SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, cooler placements, and promotional activities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with retailers, brokers, and third-party merchandising partners.
• Discover and nurture new business opportunities within the independent channel.
• Assist chain retailers with new product launches and retail programs.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and display execution, including lifting product cases as required.
• Secure additional placements within accounts, including secondary points of purchase and cooler placement.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting using retail execution and field management tools (e.g., Repsly).
• Back regional sales initiatives and engage in weekly sales reviews and planning calls.
• Collaborate with field marketing teams to implement programs that enhance market share and sales performance.
• 2–3+ years of experience in consumer goods sales, preferably within the beverage, distributor sales, or related sectors.
• Strong preference for experience in Conventional, Natural, Convenience, and Independent retail channels.
• Demonstrated business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and field sales reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for understanding consumer behavior and identifying growth-driving opportunities.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
