This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Develop and execute territory coverage strategies to ensure optimal account engagement.
• Conduct 85% of sales interactions in person.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing partner relationships and customer information.
• Create forecasts and establish a territory sales plan to meet annual sales targets.
• Analyze territory sales data to formulate a distinctive growth strategy.
• Attend relevant events annually within your designated territory.
• Provide education to partners, including breeders, shelters, and working dog organizations, on Royal Canin and Eukanuba nutritional diets and programs.
• Recommend nutritional solutions from Royal Canin and Eukanuba, focusing on Healthy Pet and Reproductive/SOL products.
• Present client programs and develop estimated feeding guidelines and budgets.
• Encourage partner recommendations.
• Identify and recruit new partners among working professionals.
• Collaborate with PSRO and veterinary colleagues to promote PRO business and recommendations.
• Achieve profitable sales growth objectives in the assigned territory by leveraging strong selling abilities and a keen understanding of customer needs to enhance sales growth.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Required knowledge of the pet professional and nutrition industry.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, and other relevant tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, with occasional weekends needed for conferences and events.
