
Sales Account Manager – West France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Meet and exceed your sales goals within your designated territory.
• Develop, oversee, implement, and assess strategic business plans, including monthly reporting and forecasting for each region within your territory.
• Establish and nurture a network with key stakeholders such as IVF Lab Directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists to promote and sell Vitrolife’s products and services.
• Conduct visits to customers and participate in third-party events to build relationships and facilitate user education regarding Vitrolife’s offerings.
• Negotiate and create agreements with clinics to enhance sales and foster partnerships.
• Collect and evaluate business intelligence, including clinic dynamics, customer trends, competitor activities, and complaints, to guide strategic decisions.
• Regularly monitor and log customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure logistical excellence.
• Plan and facilitate follow-up workshops, training sessions, and events such as exhibitions and conferences to boost customer engagement and education.
• Address key client issues swiftly and devise strategic plans to enhance client outcomes.
• University degree in Biology or a related field, or substantial experience in the life sciences sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on sales or account management role.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience within the IVF network will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.
• Home office-based position; residing in the west of France is essential.
