This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify and engage targeted dealerships within the designated territory.
• Perform research and discovery on potential prospects.
• Conduct virtual presentations for approximately 75% of engagements.
• Deliver in-person sales presentations for about 25% of meetings.
• Collaborate closely and cultivate relationships with OEM regional field representatives.
• Accurately calculate client budgets and prepare contract proposals for clients.
• Develop and manage a business plan aimed at optimizing revenue opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets.
• Establish and manage expectations with new clients.
• Engage in ongoing education calls and/or meetings regarding products and services.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional retail sales experience in Automotive marketing, agency account management, or OEM operations is required.
• A proven history of account growth and securing new business is essential.
• Sales Acumen & track record: a demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, craft persuasive proposals, and present confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to command a room and clearly articulate complex strategies is crucial!
• Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory; you must be capable of building persuasive presentations and analyzing complex data sets.
