This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Create and execute strategic account plans customized to the specific needs and goals of each VA medical center.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at VA hospitals within the VA/VISN systems.
• Discover growth and collaboration opportunities.
• Drive revenue enhancement by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Conduct engaging presentations and discussions that showcase the clinical benefits, safety profiles, and therapeutic advantages of the company's products.
• Recognize unmet needs within the VA/VISN systems and provide compliant solutions that align with organizational priorities and patient care goals.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the therapeutic area, including treatment guidelines, clinical research, and the competitive landscape.
• Remain updated on innovations and emerging trends, using insights to refine account strategies.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage account information, track progress, and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
• Provide regular updates on account activities, challenges, and opportunities to regional and national leadership.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical sales and account management, with VA experience preferred.
• Experience in dermatology and/or biologics is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and formulate actionable plans.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, formulary processes, and access dynamics within VA systems.
• Willingness to travel weekly as required.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital meeting platforms is essential.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must successfully complete all Amplity and client-required training.
