This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Company's product offerings and stay informed about competitor products.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and trends.
• Learn, adopt, and comply with the company's sales guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• This entails managing and enhancing the Company’s CRM database per company standards and creating precise, high-quality sales documentation and correspondence templates.
• Assist in planning and executing lead generation initiatives as needed.
• Qualify, nurture, and oversee leads until they convert to sales, whether sourced independently or provided by the Company.
• Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries using appropriate methods as defined in the SOP.
• Build and sustain a sales pipeline of adequate size to meet established sales targets.
• Ensure all monthly sales objectives (KPIs) set by management are achieved or surpassed.
• This will involve some or all of the following activities: Identifying potential customers’ needs and desires.
• Present the Company’s solutions accurately and without misrepresentation.
• Demonstrate software solutions and related products in person or online.
• Address objections from potential sales opportunities effectively.
• Prepare and present quotations/proposals to sales prospects.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
• Meet reporting requirements to the Sales Manager according to departmental deadlines.
• Maximize profit from all potential sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone or in person.
• Participate in training to enhance relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships, alliances, and networks within the industry (or other vertical markets) as well as with key stakeholders to generate sales leads.
• Attend industry trade shows as directed by management from time to time.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions.
• Knowledge of payment processing services, including Managed Direct Debit Processing, Payments Gateway, and Merchant Acquiring.
• Ideally, a degree-level education complemented by excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Proven business acumen with demonstrable evidence of understanding industry trends and the future role of technology to inform business strategy.
• Ability to create innovative ideas and solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of sales pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office; experience managing sales through a CRM is ideal.
• Some familiarity with prospects, customers, and market dynamics within the UK health and fitness industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with highly developed negotiation and influencing abilities.

• An analytical mindset with the capability to assess and adapt strategies based on a thorough understanding of our business goals.
• Experience in strategic account development.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
