
Sales Account Manager – North France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Meet and exceed your sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Develop, oversee, implement, and evaluate strategic business plans, including monthly reporting and forecasting for each county in your area.
• Establish and nurture a network with key stakeholders, including IVF Lab Directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists, to promote and sell Vitrolife’s offerings.
• Conduct visits to customers and participate in third-party events to foster relationships and support user education regarding Vitrolife’s products.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with clinics to enhance sales and partnerships.
• Collect and analyze business intelligence, including clinic dynamics, customer trends, competitor activities, and complaints, to guide strategic decisions.
• Regularly monitor and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure logistical excellence.
• Organize and deliver follow-up workshops, training sessions, and events such as exhibitions and conferences to improve customer engagement and education.
• Address key client issues swiftly and develop strategic plans to enhance client outcomes.
• A university degree in Biology or a related field, or substantial work experience in the life sciences sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on sales/account role.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the IVF network will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.
• Home office based, with a requirement to be located in the North of France or the Paris area.
