
Sales & Account Manager – Multi-Sport

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new clients and management of current accounts in handball, basketball, ice hockey, and other sports organizations and associations.
• Preparation of proposals and negotiation of contracts with clients.
• Conducting product demonstrations and workshops to effectively communicate the advantages of our software.
• Providing support to clients throughout the entire contract duration to enhance the value gained from the software.
• Collaborating closely with our software developers to relay sport-specific market feedback and continuously enhance the platform.
• Visiting clients and participating in cross-sport events to represent the company and strategically grow our network.
• You possess initial experience in sales, preferably in software, IT, or sports technology.
• You have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of the structures and challenges within professional handball, basketball, and ice hockey.
• You can articulate complex technical products in an accessible manner and clearly showcase their benefits to clients.
• You are confident in engaging with individuals and are equally adept at new business development as well as long-term account management.
• Willingness to travel internationally, flexible working hours, and a Class B driving license are essential, as you will frequently visit clients and attend events on-site.
• Existing connections with decision-makers at the professional level in handball, basketball, or ice hockey are advantageous and will provide you with a significant edge.
• Language proficiency: English is required; additional languages are a plus.
