This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial inquiry through to proposal and deal closure.
• Create client proposals and budget estimates for event production projects.
• Oversee client communications while fostering robust relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure exceptional project quality through effective coordination and communication.
• Assist in sales development efforts and manage opportunities effectively.
• Analyze existing clients to uncover potential new opportunities.
• Compose outreach communications and follow-up emails.
• Oversee and maintain the company newsletter and LinkedIn profile.
• Monitor leads and opportunities within the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate workflow enhancements and automation across various systems.
• Schedule & Preferred Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• A confident and proactive partnership approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Capacity to take charge of projects and propel initiatives forward.
• A positive and collaborative demeanor, complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and in a conversational manner with clients and team members.
• Required Tools: Salesforce (MUST), Google Drive, Slack, and automation or AI tools for connecting systems and optimizing workflows.
• Starting hourly rate of USD $6/hr (approximately USD $1044/month).
• Annual salary increments.
• Discretionary bonuses from clients (80% of clients provide year-end bonuses).
