This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requirements
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships for enduring partnerships
• Maintain precise client documentation, including updates and renewals of contracts
• Monitor accounts closely, ensuring services adhere to budgetary constraints and fulfill client expectations
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to devise strategic marketing strategies and attain KPIs
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and identify areas for enhancement
• Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products and services to improve upselling and cross-selling efforts
• Produce progress reports for clients and senior management
• Address customer inquiries and requests, fulfilling their needs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service within the iGaming sector, specifically the Asian Market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (preferably at a native level) along with business-level English
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales quotas and receiving favorable customer feedback
