• Comprehend customer needs and deliver consultative solutions that align with their requirements.
• Create and manage strategies for clients within the designated territory to meet business growth objectives.
• Oversee order processing, architectural services, and ensure shipment schedules are organized and timely.
• Negotiate solutions and finalize agreements that satisfy all parties involved.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation process.
• Prepare for various negotiation scenarios.
• At least 3 years of experience in direct hospital sales.
• Experience in medical capital equipment sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated sales expertise, including effective prospecting and pipeline management, acquiring new business, and managing accounts to meet quotas and goals.
• Must possess a hunter mentality and excel in business development activities.
• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, or Account Management in a B2C context, or an equivalent qualification.
• A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, including the ability to deliver strategic presentations to C-suite executives.
