This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Comprehend customer needs and deliver consultative solutions that align with their requirements.
β’ Create and manage strategies for clients within the designated territory to meet business growth objectives.
β’ Oversee order processing, architectural services, and ensure shipment schedules are organized and timely.
β’ Negotiate solutions and finalize agreements that satisfy all parties involved.
β’ Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation process.
β’ Prepare for various negotiation scenarios.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in direct hospital sales.
β’ Experience in medical capital equipment sales is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated sales expertise, including effective prospecting and pipeline management, acquiring new business, and managing accounts to meet quotas and goals.
β’ Must possess a hunter mentality and excel in business development activities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in fields such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, or Account Management in a B2C context, or an equivalent qualification.
β’ A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, including the ability to deliver strategic presentations to C-suite executives.
