This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients or patients, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, maintaining consistent and high-quality communication.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and proactive assistance.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts to enhance client value.
• Execute consultative sales calls, virtual demonstrations, and service consultations tailored to meet client requirements.
• Oversee a complete sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to closing and handoff.
• Keep accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client details in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and messaging while remaining updated on market trends and client demands.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in closing sales within the Wellness or Healthcare industry, demonstrating a successful history of full-cycle sales.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar for tracking sales, client onboarding, and performance metrics.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities, with experience in conducting service demonstrations and customizing solutions to client specifications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and focused on results.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance indicators.
• Willingness to operate within US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
