Sales Account Manager – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with designated client accounts

• Facilitate onboarding calls, initial meetings, and ongoing client check-ins

• Relay campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients

• Recognize upselling and growth opportunities within accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution

• Uphold high levels of client satisfaction and retention

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory)

• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral/American-style accent

• Strong communication, sales, and client management abilities

• Solid understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development

• Professional appearance and confidence during video calls

• Capability to manage US-based clients with professionalism

• Availability from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT
