This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and expand a designated portfolio of client accounts within the assigned region.
• Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and following up on inbound leads.
• Regularly achieve or surpass established revenue targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a robust pipeline by actively creating, advancing, and closing opportunities in line with company sales process guidelines.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and handover to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, CX, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience across various projects.
• Precisely document all activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure strong territory coverage by consistently engaging with assigned accounts and nurturing new relationships within the local market.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline status, activities, and forecast performance to Sales Leadership.
• Assist regional initiatives, team objectives, and strategic sales programs as directed by the Senior Regional Sales Director.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, pricing models, and sales programs to effectively present solutions to clients.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, real estate, or a similar client-facing position.
• Proven experience in a quota-driven sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Previous experience selling to real estate agents, developers, property owners, or clients in related industries is highly preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
• Capability to handle a high-volume pipeline and progress opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce) to monitor activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
