This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and expand a designated portfolio of client accounts in the specified region, including key strategic and high-value accounts.
• Drive new business by engaging in outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and following up on inbound leads, with an emphasis on increasing revenue within existing client relationships.
• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned revenue goals and performance metrics for the position.
• Maintain a robust pipeline by actively creating, progressing, and closing opportunities in line with company sales process protocols.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities to proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and transition to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, CX, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience across various projects.
• Diligently record all activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM according to company standards.
• Ensure strong territory and account coverage by regularly engaging with assigned clients and cultivating new relationships within the local market.
• Identify growth opportunities for key accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding service offerings.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, activity, and forecast performance to Sales Leadership.
• Support regional initiatives, team objectives, and strategic sales programs as directed by the Senior Regional Sales Director.
• Act as a senior resource within the local sales team by exemplifying strong sales discipline, client management, and pipeline execution.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, real estate, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment with a consistent track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience managing larger client accounts or handling higher-volume pipelines is preferred.
• Background in selling to real estate agents, developers, property owners, or clients within related industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities concurrently.
• Capability to handle complex deals and advance opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce) to monitor activity, pipeline, and client interactions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with elevated individual revenue expectations.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
