This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• In-depth understanding of the company's services and products.
• Establishing, developing, and nurturing strong relationships with current and prospective customers (portfolio) while promoting the company's offerings.
• Assessing and reviewing the efficiency of the sales process methodology.
• Increasing sales by creating, editing, and disseminating daily content (original text, images, videos) related to the company’s latest products and services.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer needs to design the most suitable business model.
• Overseeing comprehensive account management, which includes contracts, cost estimation, product pricing, and billing.
• Supporting the training of new hires who join our sales team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
• Prior sales experience within the IT sector.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Greek.
• Strong time management skills.
