This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and expand the customer portfolio in Northwest Germany
• Recognize and cultivate new business opportunities within the professional sector (installers, integrators, engineering firms, distributors, and other industry players)
• Analyze market dynamics (HVAC and IT sectors), regulations, and trade limitations
• Establish long-lasting relationships with key accounts and partners
• Implement a consultative sales strategy by identifying customer issues and providing customized value-added solutions
• Monitor customer payments and assist in resolving commercial issues
• Achieve annual sales goals and contribute to the regional growth strategy
• Plan and coordinate customer visits throughout the assigned region
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events both in Germany and internationally
• Offer commercial and technical support throughout the sales journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the sales and support teams based in Spain
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with headquarters
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools, including Power BI, to manage opportunities and track performance
• Share market insights and competitive data to enhance regional growth strategies
• Preferred technical background (Engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management within technical or industrial sectors
• Experience in the HVAC, building automation, smart building, controls, or systems integration industries is highly regarded
• Strong sales drive with a demonstrated ability to independently develop business
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
• Proficiency in German and English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, attend international trade fairs, and visit Spain several times a year
• Valid driver's license
• Capability to maintain a dedicated home-office workspace, including storage for demonstration materials, catalogs, and marketing resources
