This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Acquaint yourself thoroughly with all relevant services and products offered by the company.
• Seek out and connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and instant messaging to promote our products and services.
• Maintain communications that adhere to the quality standards and requirements established by the company.
• Keep a record of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Conduct market analysis alongside clients to generate and sustain their interest.
• Knowledge of trading (DESIRABLE)
• Understanding of international markets and cryptocurrencies.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to write clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and OLAP.
• Must be a responsible, proactive individual focused on results.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and work under pressure.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, planning, and discipline.
• Possession of a personal network of contacts (not mandatory)
