This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth in major dairy and feedlot accounts by influencing key decision-makers.
• Attain sales objectives through the increased adoption of additives in high-volume dairies and commercial feedyards.
• Create and implement account strategies in collaboration with consulting nutritionists and production teams.
• Gather and relay insights on ration trends, ingredient economics, health challenges, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate technical discussions, producer meetings, and educational events to promote the use of additive technologies.
• Engage in dairy and beef industry events, nutritionist meetings, and trade associations to enhance brand visibility.
• A PhD in Animal Science or Dairy Science is strongly preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, feed additives, animal health, or livestock sales.
• Proven track record of success in large account management and/or nutritionist-led sales environments.
• Direct experience with large-scale dairies or commercial feedyards is preferred.
• A strong understanding of dairy production and/or feedlot performance metrics.
• Experience with ration formulation and strategies for additive inclusion is advantageous for success in this position.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time.
