This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships through consistent communication and personalized consulting.
• Acquire new clients and uncover fresh business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, engage in negotiations, and finalize contracts.
• Assess customer requirements and create tailored solutions.
• Oversee sales processes to ensure efficient execution.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product management, and other departments to refine the sales strategy.
• Attend trade fairs, events, and presentations to represent the company effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within a B2B setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and assertive.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a methodical approach.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience in CRM systems.
• Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
