• Preferably a university degree or vocational training in IT

• Experience in selling software solutions is essential

• Ability to work independently with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in delivering presentations

• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM software

• Familiarity with contact center technology, multichannel software, and VoIP
