This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Negotiate and oversee an annually billed revenue portfolio in the seven-figure range across various affiliate partners.
• Analyze extensive datasets and performance reports to enhance campaigns and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate commercial agreements (payments, commission structures, budgets) and manage partner expectations to foster sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage daily partner interactions, addressing commercial, legal, financial, and marketing-technical aspects.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new advertisers aligned with our verticals.
• Continuously assess the market and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies for the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance performance and implement improvements.
• Attend industry conferences and partner meetings to represent We Love X, connect with clients, and strengthen partnerships.
• Practical experience in account management within the affiliate sector.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial terms and managing revenue-generating partner portfolios.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with spreadsheets and BI/analytics tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, or similar).
• High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and forecasting.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; ability to establish trust and rapport with partners.
• Structured working style with strong organizational and prioritization skills, particularly when handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Holistic mindset, consistently considering the impact of one's actions on other teams, partners, and the overall organization.
• Resilient and persistent attitude — comfortable navigating constant change, ongoing negotiations, and diligent follow-ups.
• Proficient in business English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
