This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Your primary responsibility is to consult with customers to address their challenges related to influencer marketing and guide them through the Modash purchasing process.
• Focus on delivering and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct thorough customer discovery to establish a clear understanding of the customer's current situation, their goals, and strategize how to achieve them.
• Go the extra mile to assist customers in resolving any and all issues.
• Prepare demonstrations, customer stories, and materials tailored to the specific team you are engaging with.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge on managing effective creator partnerships while refining customer-centric sales skills.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
• Organize regular meetings, primarily focusing on European time zones.
• Balance the pursuit of new deals while dedicating time to secure existing contracts.
• Promote product adoption during sales cycles to finalize long-term agreements and boost retention rates.
• Develop deal plans to identify missed opportunities and potential new leads.
• Collaborate with teams in Product, Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance.
• A demonstrated **Track Record** in closing deals, with experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or similar consultative sales experience in a rapidly growing startup environment. Familiarity with B2B sales is essential.
