This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Independently oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification through to contract closure.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our software to potential customers.
β’ Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
β’ Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Utilize CRM systems to document and analyze the sales pipeline effectively.
β’ Continuously assess the market to uncover new opportunities.
β’ You possess a proven track record as a Sales Account Executive, with 3 years of B2B sales experience.
β’ Ideally, your experience is within the SaaS industry.
β’ Familiarity with hair, beauty, or spa businesses is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated sales success, especially in acquiring new clients.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
β’ A self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, driven to meet targets.
β’ Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
β’ Proficient in German at a native level, with confident English skills (minimum B2).
