Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct 30–45 minute product demonstrations via Zoom for potential customers.

• Address customer inquiries regarding the platform and available services.

• Follow up with prospects post-product demonstrations.

• Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Secure new customer subscriptions.

• Keep precise CRM records and update the sales pipeline.

• Facilitate the transition of newly acquired customers to the Customer Success team.

• Participate in international trade shows as required, roughly 2–3 times a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a comparable sales position.

• Demonstrated ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

• Strong skills in closing deals and negotiation.

• Exceptional presentation and product demonstration abilities.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong skills in follow-up and pipeline management.

• Experience with CRM platforms.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple sales opportunities.

• Willingness to attend international trade shows approximately 2–3 times per year.

• USB headset with noise cancellation capability.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum of 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Proficiency in using Zoom, email platforms, and existing CRM systems.
