This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving company sales goals and broadening our customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team, cultivating a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient workflow.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide precise forecasting and guide strategic decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services meet market demands.
• Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.
• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales position, ideally within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment sectors.
• A proven history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• A genuine enthusiasm for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
