This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Create and execute a thorough sales strategy aimed at achieving the company's sales objectives and broadening our customer base.
• Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team, cultivating a culture of success and continuous development.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other pertinent organizations.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process throughout.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts and inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services align with market demands.
• Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales position, preferably in the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment sectors.
• A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• A genuine passion for Qureos's mission of empowering young professionals.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
