This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at meeting company sales goals and broadening our customer base.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, cultivating a culture of success and continuous development.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.

• Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services align with market demands.

• Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a comparable senior sales role, preferably in the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment sectors.

• A solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
