This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Generate revenue by transforming inbound leads into confirmed business through consultative sales techniques, prompt follow-ups, and strategic interactions across multiple channels (calls, email, social media, events).
• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients by comprehensively understanding their business objectives, offering customized solutions, and acting as a reliable advisor to foster retention and growth.
• Take ownership of and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting, consistent activity levels, and the advancement of opportunities through every phase of the sales process.
• Recognize and seize opportunities for expansion by enhancing wallet share through cross-selling, upselling, and program improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer experience) to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitive products to effectively position solutions and influence purchasing decisions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
• Must showcase the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• This position requires flexibility to accommodate U.S. business hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime based on business demands.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is required.
• A quiet, private, and distraction-free home workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work hours is necessary.
• Minimum Internet Speed: 100 Mbps upload/download.
• A Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing, business administration, or 4 years of equivalent experience is required.
• Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to successfully close deals.
• A strong sales aptitude is essential.
• Relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a proven track record of success is required.
• Experience in building rapport and cultivating relationships in a sales context is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly SalesForce.com, is essential.
