β€’ Take ownership of the complete sales process: from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, negotiations, and closing deals.

β€’ Drive new business growth by targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.

β€’ Strengthen existing customer relationships by exploring up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

β€’ Create account plans for targeted accounts and develop strategies for engaging multiple stakeholders.

β€’ Establish trusted advisor relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key advocates.

β€’ Ensure that customer success teams are positioned to provide long-term value after the sale.

β€’ Work in collaboration with marketing to enhance lead generation, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.

β€’ Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline management, and discipline in CRM usage.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 4–8+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, preferably within SaaS, technology, or data/analytics sectors.

β€’ Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas in high-growth or startup situations.

β€’ Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability in prospecting and acquiring new clients.

β€’ Proficient in navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.

β€’ Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit: resourceful, adaptable, and driven by the challenge of building from the ground up.
